History

The property belonged to the Marquis Roberti and he often invited Giacomo Leopardi to sojourn with him.
It is here where he started composing hi famous opera "Lo Zibaldone"
Back in 1962 the newly married Lamberto and Lucia Bizzarri left for their honey moon.
They casually diverted their tripwith the intention of visiting their relatives in Recanati and stayed in the small Pension of Palazzo Bello.
They were immediiately captivated by this place that still resonated with the thoughts and reflections written in " Lo Zibaldone " by the poet.
Many years later, in 1994,  the property was bought by the couple whose  enthusiasm and love for this place inspired them to renovate and expand it.
The Hotel and restaurant were finally opened to the pubblic in 2002.
Now days the business is still managed directly by the Bizzarri family aiming to deliver the quality and joyment that they envisioned.
